Product Introduction:

Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is a new product that meets the requirements of national fire protection standards for steel structure engineering and components, and has good decorative effects. The implementation standard is GB14907-2018. It is a similar product to the indoor thin and ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coating that complies with the GB14907-2002 standard. Our company has mature production processes to ensure stable product quality. This coating is made by a special combination process of various organic resins and inorganic polymer materials, bonding the base material, adding expansion catalysts, carbonization agents, fire retardants, additives, pigments, etc., and is made by high-speed dispersion, grinding and other processes. This coating has outstanding fire resistance, thin coating, strong adhesion, high fire resistance limit, and fast drying during construction. In the event of a fire, the coating will rapidly expand to form a dense insulation layer, preventing heat transfer to the steel substrate and achieving outstanding decorative effects. It can be widely used for fire protection of steel structure surfaces in auditoriums, theaters, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, as well as special buildings (petrochemical facilities, substations, etc.), transportation, electronic telecommunications, machinery manufacturing and other industries such as factories, warehouses, and various industrial and civil buildings. Water based or solvent based (i.e. water-based or oil-based) can be selected according to regulatory requirements. Construction method:

1. Before construction, rust should be removed from the surface of the steel, oil stains and floating soil should be removed, and anti rust paint should be applied; 2. Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating can be applied by brushing or spraying. The construction method using brushing technique is the same as that of ordinary paint brushing; The spraying construction adopts a self weight spray gun and uses a small air compressor air source for spraying construction. The pressure of the air compressor is adjusted to 0.4-0.6Mpa; 3. Before coating application, use a handheld mixer to mix the coating evenly. Pay attention to the consistency of the coating. If it is too thick, it can be diluted appropriately; 4. The thickness of each coating should not flow downwards. Generally, the thickness of the first coating is about 0.3-0.5mm. After the previous coating is basically cured, the next coating should be applied until the coating reaches the thickness required by the fire resistance limit level; 5. Before the paint is fully cured, it should not be exposed to rain. When the wind force is greater than level 4, windproof measures should be taken during spraying construction; 6. The paint is generally white, and if there is a special need for other colors, it will be determined according to the customer's requirements.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃, with a relative temperature of ≤ 90%; 2. Indoor expansion steel structure fireproof coating packaged in plastic drums. Do not store outdoors or expose to sunlight. 3. The storage temperature is 0-35 ℃, and the effective storage period of the product is 6-12 months. 4. During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent rain, exposure to sunlight, freezing, and impact, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
