DW-A1-XDWD-II inorganic plugging material, also known as quick curing refractory plugging material, is a new type of fireproof and flame-retardant plugging material. It is processed by mixing high-temperature resistant inorganic materials and quick curing materials. The product is in powder form and has the characteristics of high strength, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, odorless, light weight, and easy construction. According to the GB23864-2009 testing conducted by the National Fire Protection Materials Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security, it has excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation performance, as well as good aging resistance and airtightness; Has good adhesion with various materials such as metal, rubber, plastic, paint, wood, ceramics, etc. And it can be used in conjunction with other sealing materials: DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic fireproof sealing material, DB-A3-FHB fireproof package, ZFBD self-adhesive fireproof package tape. It not only has a long fire resistance limit, but also cures quickly and has considerable mechanical strength.
DW-A1-XDWD-II inorganic blocking material is suitable for blocking holes when wires, cables and other penetrations pass through partition walls in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, postal and telecommunications industries. It also prevents flames from spreading from holes to adjacent rooms in case of fire.

Construction method:
1. The holes that need to be sealed must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing. During construction, the amount of blocking material should be estimated based on the size of the holes that need to be blocked. Then, the blocking material should be placed in a container and mixed with clean water in a ratio of 1:0.6-0.7;
2. The paste should be used immediately, and if the dosage is large, it is usually done in batches. The mixing amount is around 5 kilograms per time. When sealing larger holes, an appropriate amount of steel bars can be added to increase the strength, and the sealing thickness should be determined as needed, generally not less than 15 centimeters. Fill the hole with a volume of 1m3. We need 1.3 tons of this blockage material. After about 25 minutes of inorganic blockage, remove the plastic sleeve and fill the gaps with organic blockage. It can be quickly solidified and formed in a short period of time. During construction, it should be adjusted according to the required quantity to avoid waste.
2. After the completion of inorganic blocking material construction, a physical and chemical performance curing period of 25 days is required. After the completion of inorganic blocking material construction, the fire resistance performance curing period is 50 days.
Packaging and Transportation:
1. DW-A1-XDWD-II inorganic fireproof blocking material is packaged in paper plastic composite bags, with a weight of 25kg per bag, suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.
2. This blocking material is a non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive safety product. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
