1. Composition and production process

Main components:Ceramic fiber cloth is mainly made of ceramic fibers as raw materials. Ceramic fiber is a fiber like lightweight refractory material, which is mainly made from natural minerals such as kaolin and alumina, and is processed through high-temperature melting, blowing, or spinning techniques. Ceramic fibers themselves have many excellent characteristics such as high melting point, low thermal conductivity, and good chemical stability.Production process:When making ceramic fiber cloth, the ceramic fibers must first be processed through textile machinery. In this process, the fibers are woven into a fabric like structure, and the commonly used weaving methods include plain weave, diagonal weave, etc. During the weaving process, some organic fibers (such as glass fibers, organic binders, etc.) may also be added to enhance its strength and flexibility, but the content of these organic components is relatively small. Finally, after a series of post-processing steps such as singeing and coating, the surface of the ceramic fiber cloth is made smoother and more stable in performance.

Excellent high temperature resistance:Ceramic fiber cloth can withstand high temperatures, with long-term use temperatures reaching around 1000 ℃ -1260 ℃, and even higher temperatures in a short period of time.
