Product Introduction:

DM-A3-HJ-I expansion type flame retardant module/inorganic type flame retardant module: mainly used for fireproof sealing of wires, cables, and electrical appliances in industries such as petrochemicals, power, communications, metallurgy, etc. This product combines all the advantages of traditional organic fireproof sealing materials, inorganic fireproof sealing materials, and flame retardant packages, and is an updated product of traditional sealing materials. DM-A3-HJ-I expansion type fire-resistant module/inorganic fire-resistant module is the third generation of fire-resistant sealing products in China. It is a new generation of fire-resistant sealing products developed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of various excellent fire-resistant sealing products from around the world. It is a solid material with certain shape and size specifications made of expanded vermiculite and other fire-resistant materials, which can be easily cut and drilled, suitable for fire-resistant sealing of holes or cable trays.

It has the following characteristics:

1. The basic characteristics of DM-A3-HJ-I expansion type flame retardant module/inorganic type flame retardant module appearance: rectangular, with concave and convex grooves, capable of interlocking, typical dimensions are 240mm × 120mm × 60mm, 240mm × 120mm × 30mm. 2. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: The overall product is composed of various organic substances, which are soluble in the natural environment. The product is installed using natural interlocking and does not require toxic adhesives such as formaldehyde. 3. Will not produce toxic gases when exposed to fire: no flying smoke, no shedding. The overall product is halogen-free and will not release toxic gases in the event of a fire, making it environmentally friendly. 4. Reusable: The product adopts various module forms, and in the event of changes in the sealing position or other factors, it can be easily disassembled and moved. 5. Long fire resistance time: Due to the use of special formula materials in the product, the heat conductivity is very poor, which can prevent flame penetration and increase the fire resistance time to more than 3 hours, meeting the national standard GB23864-2009. 6. Good water resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance: The product is insoluble in substances such as water and oil, and has good stability. 7. Preventing bites from small animals and mice: The product contains a special and environmentally friendly substance that has a unique odor to prevent bites from small animals and mice, overcoming the disadvantage of the original fire-resistant product that requires the use of rat poison at the same time. 8. Easy and convenient installation: The product features a modular design with special protrusions that allow for a 360 degree natural bite installation. Due to its soft material and lightweight design, it uses model holes for easy installation without the need for specialized technicians. 9. Can quickly integrate with the surrounding environment: the product is designed according to a fixed size, and after installation, it is flat, orderly and will not collapse, with a smooth and beautiful appearance. 10. Long shelf life of the product: This product has a shelf life of over 15 years, completely solving the problem of the original flame retardant product needing to be replaced after 2-3 years. All sealed areas will not experience natural damage, scattering, collapse, or other phenomena after long-term use, except for human damage. 12. Construction method:

During construction, fire-resistant modules should be tightly stacked from bottom to top from the bottom of the trench, generally crossing and stacking to enhance stability. After construction, the opposite side should be opaque. Flexible organic fire-resistant materials or sealant should be used to wrap around the cable tightly, and fire-resistant sealant should be used to hook the joints to achieve a dense connection. Angle iron or fireproof angle fixing measures should be taken to prevent the collapse of the fire-resistant wall. When there is water in the cable trench, the bottom should be built with building bricks and reserved holes for water flow should be made. Attention: The thickness of the fire-resistant wall in cable tunnels and cable trenches should be ≥ 240mm; All kinds of angle steel and other steel materials must be coated with specialized steel structure fireproof coating before use.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. DM-A3-HJ-I expansion type flame retardant module/inorganic type flame retardant module is packaged in cardboard boxes and is a safe and plastic solid substance that is non flammable, non explosive, non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive. It is suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. 2. During product transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and avoid damage during handling.
