Product Introduction:

The DC-A2-BH-BA fireproof coating board includes a rock wool board substrate layer, and a layer of fireproof coating is applied on both sides of the rock wool board substrate layer, meeting the relevant provisions of the national standard GB23864-2009. This product uses rock wool board as the base material, and is covered with fireproof coating on both sides. It has low density, light weight, and is easy to transport and apply. This product expands when exposed to fire and releases non-toxic, harmless, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free gases, without halogen components. Suitable for fire protection of cables of various voltage levels in industries such as power, petroleum, petrochemicals, metallurgy, communication, and construction. Application scope: 1.Electrical cabinet holes, cable through wall holes 2.Crossing of individual cables, cable bundles, and cable trays 3.Crossing of air ducts 4.Crossing of combustible and non combustible pipelines 5.Sealing of large openings 6.Specification type: 1200 * 600 * 50mm 1200 * 600 * 30mm

1.Physical and chemical properties: (1) Appearance: Board, flat surface (2) Bending strength: ≥ 0.10MPa (3) Water resistance: ≥ 3d, no swelling, no cracking (4) Oil resistance: ≥ 3d, no swelling, no cracking (5) Moisture and heat resistance: ≥ 120h, no cracking or powdering (6) Freeze thaw resistance cycle: ≥ 15 times, no cracking or powdering
2.Fire resistance performance: Fire resistance integrity: ≥ 1.00h, the cotton pad on the back of the test piece is not ignited, and there is no continuous flame for 10 seconds or more. Fire resistance and thermal insulation performance ≥ 1.00h, temperature rise at any point on the back of the test piece ≤ 180 ℃, maximum surface temperature rise at a distance of 25mm from the sealing material at the back of the penetrating object ≤ 180 ℃, and maximum temperature rise at any point on the back of the frame surface ≤ 180 ℃.

Construction method:

Opening: 1. Clean the opening and keep the surface dry 2. Cables and cable trays must be kept dry, dust-free, and oil-free Notes on authentication: Select the corresponding system based on different fire prevention time limits Single layer board system (1 board, over 50mm thick) Double layer board system (2 boards, over 100mm thick) matters needing attention: If it is a double-layer board system, the second board can be installed using the same steps, flush with the back substrate, or two boards can be bonded together; If the pre coating on a certain part of the board is damaged, paint can be applied to restore the coating thickness.
