Product Introduction:

DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic plugging material is a new product developed by our company according to GB23864-2009 standard, which has the characteristics of long fire resistance time and low smoke emission. This product also has good plasticity, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is easy to construct and maintain, and can be combined with other sealing materials (such as fireproof bags) for application. DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic plugging material is a non solidified and plastic fireproof material, mainly composed of chlorinated paraffin, porcelain clay powder and other materials, with a fire resistance performance of more than 3 hours. Its main feature is its plasticity, making it convenient for construction and maintenance. It can prevent rodent bites and has good fire resistance and blocking performance. It is mainly used for sealing holes in cables and wires to prevent fires from spreading to adjacent rooms and prevent accidents from expanding. Therefore, this blocking material is an ideal fireproof blocking material for industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy and other systems. DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic plugging material is suitable for blocking holes when wires, cables and other penetrations pass through partition walls in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, postal and telecommunications industries. It also prevents flames from spreading from holes to adjacent rooms in the event of a fire.

Construction method:

1. Take out the DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic blocking material and knead it into a ball shape. If the temperature is too low, place the blocking material together with the packaging in an environment of 40-55 degrees Celsius (such as an insulated box). After the blocking material is soft and hard enough for operation, proceed with the operation. 2. The holes that need to be sealed must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing. 3. Spread, embed, and fill the blocking material evenly in the gaps of the holes. For larger holes, fireproof mesh can be used as a skeleton to increase strength.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. DR-A3-XDFD-III flexible organic blocking material is packaged in thick woven bags or cardboard boxes, suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with a temperature range of 0-45 ℃. 2. This blocking material is a non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive safe and plastic solid substance. It should be avoided from direct sunlight and rain during transportation.
