Product Introduction:

DB-A3-FHB flame retardant package is a new type of fire-resistant material developed by our company according to the GB23864-2009 national standard. This product can be made into various shapes of firewalls and fire-resistant layers according to different user requirements, and can also seal holes that require fire-resistant treatment. The outer layer is made of tightly woven and specially treated durable glass fiber cloth in a bag shape, and the interior is filled with special fire-resistant, thermal insulation materials and expansion materials. The fire-resistant bag has non flammability, a fire resistance limit of more than 3 hours, good fire and moisture resistance, and does not contain toxic substances such as asbestos. When encountering a fire, the material inside the flame retardant package expands due to heat, forming a honeycomb like block, effectively controlling the fire within a local area. Using DB-A3-FHB type flame retardant package as a partition wall replaces the previous use of refractory bricks, slag wool, ceramic wool and other materials. Compared with them, the flame retardant package has significant thermal insulation effect. DB-A3-FHB type flame retardant package is suitable for sealing the voids formed when cables, oil pipes, air ducts, gas pipes, metal pipes and other penetrating objects pass through partition walls or compartments in power, telecommunications, postal, chemical, industrial and mining, enterprises, and buildings. Construction method:

According to the specifications of the on-site construction facilities, the size of the fire-resistant package should be selected reasonably, ensuring tight sealing, smooth overlap, horizontal and vertical alignment, and a clean appearance. There is no shortage or protrusion phenomenon. The fire prevention measures meet the design requirements and the construction quality is qualified. Cable shaft: Use fire-resistant nets, fire-resistant sealing plates or iron plates as support pads, lay fire-resistant packages flat on the pads, stack them into compartments, and use small-sized fire-resistant packages for cable conduit perforation areas. Cable tunnels, cable trenches, and cable trays: According to the relevant spacing regulations for cable tunnels and cable shafts in China, fire-resistant walls should be installed at locations where fire-resistant partitions are needed. If necessary, angle steel can be used to make brackets for easy sealing The cable passing through the area is sealed with fireproof mud to form a beautiful, complete, and compact firewall body.

Packaging and Transportation:
