Note: Fireproof coating requires approximately 1kg of 1mm thickness to be sprayed per square meter. Indoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating is made of specially made expanded vermiculite, inorganic fireproof materials, fireproof additives, high-temperature resistant reinforcement materials, composite chemical additives, etc. It is a similar product to the GB14907-2002 indoor thick steel structure fireproof coating. This coating has excellent fire and thermal insulation properties and can be used as a fireproof layer for beams, columns, walls, and floors of various building steel structures, tunnels, and reinforced concrete structures. Its fire resistance and physical, chemical, and mechanical properties meet the requirements of GB14907-2018 standard. Due to its characteristics of non corrosive steel, non chemical reaction with any anti-corrosion primer, non irritating odor, light coating weight (relatively light structural load weight), large unit coating area, no smoke generated in the event of fire, and no release of harmful gases, this product is suitable for fireproof coating and protection of steel structural load-bearing components in various new, expanded, and renovated industrial and civil building projects. It can be widely used for surface fire protection of steel structures in auditoriums, theaters, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, as well as factories, warehouses, and various industrial and civil buildings in industries such as petrochemicals, transportation, electronic telecommunications, and machinery manufacturing. Construction method:

1. Grassroots treatment: Before construction, the dust, oil stains, and floating rust on the steel parts should be thoroughly removed. Then, two coats of anti rust paint should be applied to the steel parts. After inspection, if there is no brushing phenomenon, the next process can be carried out. 2. Fireproof coating construction: The application of this fireproof coating can be divided into two types: adding metal mesh and not adding metal mesh. (1) Add metal mesh Fixed metal mesh: After the rust proof paint is dry, cut the metal mesh according to the shape of the steel piece, fix it on the steel piece with steel bars, and then use pre welded steel bars to flatten the raised part of the metal mesh, keeping a distance of about 1cm between the mesh and the surface of the steel piece. (2) No metal mesh added Powder: Glue: Water=3:1:2 (The ratio of powder to glue can be adjusted appropriately according to the construction site conditions.) (3) Spray (or apply) fireproof coating ① Mixing of fire-resistant coatings Put the powder and water into the mixer in proportion and stir for 5-10 minutes until it becomes a uniform and thick fluid state. ② Spraying: A dedicated extrusion pump spraying system is required for construction. When spraying, the spray gun should be perpendicular to the surface of the steel part, with a distance of 0.4-0.6 meters, and the spraying pressure should be maintained at 0.4-0.6Mpa. Smearing: Similar to traditional plastering methods, it requires uniform thickness, compaction and flattening to avoid defects such as honeycombing and air conditioning. ③ Construction requirements: The first layer should be applied with a thickness of 5-6mm, and each subsequent layer should be applied with a thickness of 7-10mm until the design thickness is reached. Attention: Wait until the first layer is dry before applying the next layer. When no metal mesh is added, the thickness of the bottom layer shall not be less than 1cm. (1) The mixed material should be used up within 30 minutes, and the construction temperature should be above 5 ℃. (2) After the construction is completed, try to avoid strong vibrations and hard impacts within two weeks to ensure the quality of the coating. (3) When the steel section is too large, even if a rubber base material is used, a metal mesh must be added. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse with a temperature above 0 ℃. Storage and transportation should pay attention to moisture prevention, sun protection, rain protection, and the use of powder that clumps when wet should not be used.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. Indoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating. This product is packaged in woven bags lined with plastic bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse with a temperature above 0-35 ℃. 2. Indoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating This product is a non flammable, non explosive, non-toxic, and non corrosive safety product. Storage and transportation should pay attention to moisture prevention, sun protection, rain protection, and the use of powder that clumps when wet should not be used. 3. Indoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating is a harmless product and is transported as a general material. The storage time of this product should not exceed 6 months. 4. During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent rain, exposure to sunlight, and snagging, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
