Product Introduction:
DC-A1-YD-Ba type fireproof sealing board (also known as inorganic fireproof partition or non combustible fire-resistant board, etc.). This board is made by scientifically blending and pressing various non combustible materials, with good flame retardant properties and a non burning time of more than 3 hours when exposed to fire. In the combustion test of DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof sealing board (inorganic fireproof partition), the flame should not deform when the temperature reaches 1000 ℃, and all indicators meet the requirements of GB23864-2009. The combustion performance meets the A-level (non flammability) standard specified in GB8624.
DC-A1-YD-Ba type fireproof sealing board (inorganic fireproof partition) is made from magnesium oxide as the main raw material, mixed with a certain proportion of inorganic polymer adhesive and chemical additives, and processed through a series of processes. A board that is non combustible, heat-insulating, sound-absorbing, moisture-proof, and free of harmful substances. When heated, it does not produce harmful gases to human health, is smoke-free, non-toxic, odorless, and belongs to Class A fireproof board.
DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof sealing board (inorganic fireproof partition) is mainly suitable for fire protection and fire-resistant separation of cables of various voltage levels when laid on brackets or trays. It is widely used in cable engineering in cable dense places such as power plants, chemical enterprises, steel smelting enterprises, mines, etc. in China for fire prevention and flame retardancy. It is also the best fire-resistant and flame-retardant material for indoor decoration in public places such as large shopping malls, hotels, guesthouses, cultural and sports centers, enclosed clothing markets, light industry markets, cinemas, etc.

Construction method:
1. The DC-A1-YD-Ba inorganic fireproof partition product can be cut with a cutting saw and made into the required shape according to the needs of the construction site.
2. Steel brackets or expansion bolts are used for fixing during assembly, and the steel frame should be coated with steel structure fireproof coating.
3. Various forms of cable fireproof trunking boxes can also be made from this fireproof sealing board (inorganic fireproof partition), and the gaps between the boards can be filled with XDWD-II inorganic fireproof sealing material.Packaging and Transportation:
1. Products should be stacked flat and stored in a ventilated and dry place, avoiding rain.
