Product Introduction:

DJ-A2-BH-II fire sealant is a low modulus, single component, water-based fire sealant that meets the relevant provisions of the national standard GB23864-2009. Its characteristics are good flexibility and adhesion, forming a dense mesh structure after combustion in the event of fire, which can effectively prevent flames and heat transfer. Expansion ratio greater than 20%; Resistant to nuclear radiation; Resistant to LOCA; Resistant to cleaning agents and radioactive cleaning performance; Fire resistance stability; Does not contain toxic components such as halogens and sulfur; Water tightness and smoke tightness; Non corrosive, safe and environmentally friendly; Smoke is non-toxic; Efficient flame retardant; Convenient construction. DJ-A2-BH-II fire sealant is suitable for surface sealing of displaced floor gaps, wall joints, mechanical pipes, ventilation pipes, insulation pipes and other holes, bonding of fireproof coating board sealing gaps, joints between wall tops and floor slabs, connection joints exposed to high temperatures, sealing with strict requirements for smoke prevention, and sealing of door frame connection joints.

Performance indicators:

Serial number Inspection items technical standard
1 Fire resistance performance Fire resistance integrity A2 ≥ 2h, fire resistance insulation A2 ≥ 2h
2 combustion performance Not lower than HB level specified in GB/T2408-2008
3 appearance Liquid or paste like materials
4 Apparent density ≤2.0×103kg/m³
5 Water resistance ≥ 3d, no swelling or cracking
6 Oil resistance ≥ 120h, no cracking or powdering
7 Alkali resistance ≥ 7d, there should be no rusting or corrosion phenomenon
8 Humidity resistance ≥ 15 times, without cracking or powdering
9 Corrosion resistance ≥ 7d, there should be no rusting or corrosion phenomenon
10 Freeze thaw cycle resistance ≥ 15 times, without cracking or powdering

Construction method:

1. Clean the opening and prepare to apply DJ-A2-BH-II fire sealant. The joint surface should be cleaned of scattered debris, dust, oil stains, frost, wax, etc., and kept dry. 2. Insert mineral wool or other backing materials 3. Apply DJ-A2-BH-II fireproof sealant onto the filling material 4. Before forming surface hardening, use a trowel to smooth the DJ-A2-BH-II fireproof sealant, which can be wiped flat with water. 5. If necessary, install identification stickers in a prominent position next to the fireproof sealing area as identification marks for later maintenance Usage suggestion: *Use non combustible material mineral wool as backing material (density greater than 100kg/m3) *Choose different dosages based on seam width and fire resistance time *The application of walls requires filling both sides, while the application of floor slabs is single-sided

Packaging and Transportation:

1. DJ-A2-BH-II fireproof sealant is packaged in cardboard boxes/plastic drums and is a safe and plastic solid substance that is non flammable, non explosive, non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive. It is suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. 2. During product transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and avoid damage during handling.
