Product Introduction:

The outdoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is suitable for the fire protection of the surface of various steel structure engineering load-bearing components, and the implementation standard is GB14907-2018. It is a similar product to the outdoor thin and ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coating that complies with the GB14907-2002 standard. This coating is made by adding various fireproof components to a polymer base material. The product has the characteristics of salt spray resistance, corrosion resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. When subjected to fire or high temperature attacks, fireproof coatings will form a dense fireproof barrier, hindering the penetration of heat into the substrate, preventing or suppressing combustion, and providing fireproof protection for the substrate. Fireproof coatings have the characteristics of thin coating, long-lasting weather resistance, and easy application operation. Suitable for fire protection of various outdoor building heavy-duty steel structural components in aerospace, petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, national defense, light defense industry, etc. It is also particularly suitable for steel structural engineering with fire hazards of hydrocarbon chemicals (such as oils, solvents, etc.), such as fire protection of petrochemical engineering, automobile depots, oil drilling platforms, oil storage facility support frames, etc. Water based or solvent based (i.e. water-based or oil-based) can be selected according to regulatory requirements. Construction method:

1. Before construction, rust removal and rust prevention treatment should be carried out on the surface of the steel, and surface oil stains and dust should be removed. 2. The solid content of the coating is relatively high, so it is necessary to stir the coating evenly before use. For the convenience of construction, it can be diluted with water or solvent. 3. The construction of outdoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating can adopt various methods such as brushing, roller coating, and airless spraying. 4. Construction should be carried out at a temperature above 5 ℃, and both manual painting and mechanical spraying can be used. The thickness of each layer of construction should not exceed 0.5mm. The next painting can only be carried out after the coating surface is dry, until the specified thickness is reached. 5. Construction should not be carried out when there is condensation on the surface of the component or when the air humidity exceeds 90%. The applied coating should not be exposed to rain before it is fixed. Unused paint should be resealed for future use.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. The outdoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is packaged in iron or plastic drums. 2. The storage and transportation temperature should be above 0-35 ℃, and should not be stored outdoors or exposed to sunlight. 3. The effective storage period of the product is 6-12 months. 4. During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent rain, exposure to sunlight, freezing, and impact, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
