This product is an environmentally friendly water-based liquid that can convert the rust layer (Fe ₂ O3) on the metal surface into a stable black phosphating film, with dual functions of rust removal and rust prevention. Suitable for steel substrates with mild to moderate rust (such as steel structures, pipelines, mechanical equipment, etc.), construction can be carried out without thorough rust removal, improving anti-corrosion efficiency and extending the service life of the substrate.

Product Construction Instructions

1. Surface treatment: Remove surface rust, oil stains, and loose impurities from the substrate;
2. Coating method: brush coating, roller coating or spray coating, ensuring that the rust layer is completely immersed (1 kilogram can be applied to 8-10 square meters);
3. Drying time: 30-60 minutes at room temperature for surface drying, 24 hours for complete curing;
4. Subsequent processing: After drying, anti-corrosion paint can be directly applied to enhance the protective effect.

Transportation and Packaging

1. Packaging specification: 25kg/plastic drum;
2. Storage conditions: cool and ventilated, avoid high temperature and freezing, shelf life of 12 months;
3. Transportation requirements: Transport according to non hazardous materials, avoiding severe collisions and exposure to sunlight.
