Specially designed for the renovation of color steel tile roofs, it can repair corroded and faded substrates, form a dense protective layer, resist rainwater, ultraviolet rays, and acid-base erosion, and extend the service life of color steel tiles by 5-8 years. Suitable for metal roof renovation projects in factories, warehouses, and other areas.

Product Construction Instructions

1. Substrate treatment: Remove surface rust, oil stains, and loose coatings to ensure that the substrate is dry;
2. Coating method: spray coating, roller coating or brush coating. It is recommended to spray and evenly cover twice;
3. Drying time: Dry the surface for 2 hours at room temperature, dry for 24 hours, and avoid rain;
4. Re coating interval: It is recommended to apply the next coating after 24 hours.

Transportation and Packaging

1. Packaging specifications: 20kg/plastic drum, standard colors (sea blue, white, brick red, etc.) can be customized;
2. Storage conditions: Store in a cool and sealed place at 5-35 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months;
3. Transportation requirements: Transport according to non hazardous materials, avoiding inversion and severe vibration.
