SH-SD-103 tunnel fireproof coating is developed by the China Fire Protection Research Institute. After years of practical development and improvement, the formula has gradually been perfected. Метод строительства:

Base surface treatment A. The oil stains left on the surface during the demolding process of tunnel lining should be thoroughly cleaned by the tunnel construction unit with diesel or specialized degreaser; B. Before spraying construction, it is necessary to remove the floating dust on the surface of the structure, mainly targeting the areas with severe dust accumulation within a height range of 2 meters on both sides of the wall; C. 24 hours before spraying construction, rinse the overall base interface with clean water to remove floating ash, dust, and dirt on the surface. D. Considering that the construction joint of the tunnel is a concentrated point of "stress deformation", the common quality problem of hollowing and cracking of the fireproof coating is often caused by untimely and incomplete cutting of the fireproof coating construction joint. Based on similar engineering practice, it is recommended to apply the concrete special interface agent produced by Huili Company within 30CM on both sides of the construction joint after rinsing the base interface with clean water during construction to enhance the bonding strength between the coating and the base. 4. Tunnel fireproof coating application According to the technical requirements of the standard GB28375-2012 Fire resistant Coating for Concrete Structures, with a fire resistance limit of ≥ 2.0 hours, spraying construction is adopted, and it is considered to be sprayed in four layers. The construction design of fire-resistant coatings for urban tunnel passages takes into account the impact of vibrations from vehicles, trains, and other sources. To improve the bonding strength and overall integrity of the coating, a reinforcement (mesh) treatment scheme is usually adopted. A. Construction of pasting insulation nails and hanging nets: Use mixed glue to paste insulation nails on the surface of concrete. The construction spacing of insulation nails is about 25cm, and the steel wire mesh should be laid flat. The specification and size of the steel wire mesh should be 0.6mm/1 inch, and the construction requirements are that the steel wire mesh should be laid flat, without bulging or rebounding. B. Surface Primer (1st coat): This coating is mixed with a special adhesive to form a primer, with a ratio of 3:1:2 (weight ratio) of coating: special adhesive: water. The mixture is stirred in a low-speed mixer for 5-8 minutes and left to stand for 5 minutes (preferably with uniform material mixing). Then, the coating is sent to an extrusion equipment for spraying, and the spraying thickness should not exceed 3mm. In response to issues such as bulging and rebounding of local steel wire mesh after primer spraying, technical measures such as flattening, cutting and trimming should be taken to ensure that the steel wire mesh is flat and does not expose the bottom. C. Mid coat spraying (2nd to 3rd coat): After the surface of the base material is dry, it can be applied. The surface coating ratio is 1:1 (weight ratio) of paint to water. The mixture is stirred in a low-speed mixer for 5-8 minutes and left to stand for about 5 minutes (preferably with uniform material mixing). Then, the paint is sent to an extrusion equipment for spraying. During construction, spraying should be carried out in two batches, with each batch having a thickness controlled between 6-8mm. D. Surface coating spraying (4th layer): The surface coating ratio is the same as the intermediate coating. At the same time, to ensure the overall coating thickness, uniformity, and appearance, during the surface coating fireproof coating spraying construction, the spray gun diameter and pressure are adjusted to control the flatness of the coating and the height difference between particles should not exceed 3mm, so as to make the coating appear as a uniform granular surface and enhance the sound absorption effect of the tunnel structure. (3) Tunnel fireproof coating decorative topcoat coating After the fireproof coating is basically dry and formed (usually with a construction interval of about 7 days), the surface decorative topcoat can be applied. The decorative topcoat material is "acrylic emulsion paint" produced by Shanghai Huili Company. When using, a suitable amount of water can be added and diluted according to the construction method. After stirring evenly, it can be used. Rolling, brushing, and spraying methods can be used for construction. It is recommended to use an airless spraying machine for spraying, and the spraying should have a uniform color and no obvious color difference. (Note: The paint color sample shall be based on the color chart provided by our Huili Company or the national standard color card.) Construction precautions: (1) The mixed material should be used up within 30 minutes. The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃, and the wind speed should not exceed 5 meters per second. (2) During construction, the next layer can only be applied after the first layer has dried (approximately 6 hours). The spraying time interval for the second layer (surface layer) can be appropriately increased, preferably (24-48 hours) (3) After the construction is completed, try to avoid strong vibrations and hard impacts within two weeks to ensure the quality of the coating. (4) In hot and dry weather, it is necessary to humidify and maintain the surface of the coating. The maintenance period is 15 days.
