Product Introduction:

DJ-A3-BH-III fire sealant is a flame-retardant and expandable fire sealant that meets the relevant provisions of the national standard GB23864-2009. Its characteristic is good flame retardancy, and when exposed to fire, its volume expands by more than 5 times (unconstrained), effectively preventing flames and heat transfer. DJ-A3-BH-III fire sealant is a water-based fire sealant that is resistant to nuclear radiation; Resistant to LOCA; Resistant to cleaning agents and radioactive cleaning performance; Fire resistance stability; Does not contain toxic components such as halogens and sulfur; Water tightness and smoke tightness; Non corrosive, safe and environmentally friendly; Smoke is non-toxic; Efficient flame retardant; Convenient construction. Construction method:

Opening: Clean the opening. The surface to be coated with sealant should be cleaned of scattered debris, dust, oil stains, frost, and wax, and kept dry. Construction of fire prevention system: 1. According to the testing report requirements of relevant standards, fill the backing material (such as mineral wool) to the minimum thickness requirement and leave enough thickness for applying sealant to achieve a considerable fire resistance time. 2. Application of fireproof sealant: In order to achieve the desired fireproof effect, please apply the specified thickness to ensure that the sealant is in contact with the surface of the pipe substrate, in order to obtain maximum adhesion 3. Smooth the fireproof sealant: For better results, please immediately smooth the surface. For excessive adhesive, tools can be used to remove it with water before it hardens. 4. Please keep the interface intact for 48 hours after construction to complete the curing process. 5. If necessary, install identification stickers in a prominent location next to the fireproof sealing area as identification marks for later maintenance. 【 Precautions for Certification 】 When using sealant for fire sealing, please select the corresponding test report according to the relevant testing standards, and choose different dosages based on different fire resistance times. 【 Usage suggestion 】 Collaborate with the following backing materials for fire sealing: 1. It is suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. 2. During product transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and avoid damage during handling.
