Product Introduction:

UPFH-101 explosion-proof sealing adhesive is made of various imported high molecular weight polymers, additives, plasticizers, etc. from Germany through special processes. It is a dark black, solvent-free (odorless), environmentally friendly, and harmless irregular shaped adhesive. Color: Dark black and shiny, with better impact resistance than other gray white explosion-proof adhesives and better absorption of explosive shock waves. Performance: Has a certain degree of flame retardancy and oil resistance. Strong adhesion and bending ability, shock resistance, and protective effect on equipment. Specific gravity: The adhesive has a high specific gravity, which can save a lot of materials during construction compared to other explosion-proof adhesives. Quality: Odorless, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, allowing customers to use with more peace of mind.

Construction method:

1. Take out UPFH-101 explosion-proof adhesive and knead it into a ball shape. If the temperature is too low, the blocking material and packaging can be heated in warm water at 40-70 degrees Celsius before operation. 2. The holes that need to be sealed must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing. 3. Spread, embed, and fill the blocking material evenly in the gaps of the holes. For larger holes, fireproof mesh can be used as a skeleton to increase strength.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. UPFH-101 explosion-proof adhesive is packaged in thick plastic bags and packaging boxes, suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with a temperature range of 0-45 ℃. 2. This blocking material is a non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive safe and plastic solid substance. It should be avoided from direct sunlight and rain during transportation.
