Product Introduction:

DT-A3-CE-09 cable flame retardant tape, also known as self-adhesive fireproof tape, has high flame retardant, self-adhesive, and tensile properties. It fills the gap in the field of highly fire-resistant and flame-retardant requirements for cables and communication optical cables in China. The DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive flame retardant tape is wrapped around the outer surface of cables and communication optical cables in a 1/2 or 1/3 (with 2 or 3 layers of wrapping, and 3 layers of wrapping for better fire retardant performance) tower joint. When the cable or communication optical cable catches fire, the tape forms a heat-insulating and oxygen blocking carbonization layer to protect the wrapped cable, thereby preventing the flame from spreading and burning the cable. When the external environment catches fire, DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive flame-retardant tape can protect cables and communication optical cables from damage for a certain period of time, ensuring the normal operation of power transmission and communication signals. The DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape is non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free in production and use. Due to its self-adhesive properties, it is easy and fast to use during construction, does not affect the project schedule, and can be used in one step, making it a one-time solution. The construction thickness of DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape is reasonable, and it fits tightly with cables and communication optical cables, without affecting the current carrying capacity of cables and communication optical cables. The biggest feature of DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape is its long service life, which is synchronized with the service life of cables and communication optical cables. Construction method:

When using DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive flame-retardant tape to wrap cables or communication optical cables, the surface plastic film should be removed and the tape should be stacked in a 1/2 or 1/3 overlap manner. During the implementation process, apply a slight amount of force to wrap the cable or communication optical cable. At the end of the head, stretch the tape vigorously to wrap it 3 to 5 times. After cutting or tearing, the tape can be self bonded together (when the temperature is above 20 ℃). If the temperature cannot be reached, a transparent tape head can be used. 2. Wide type DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape should be selected for large-diameter cables, while narrow type is better for small-diameter cables. For small diameters, they can be bundled first and then wrapped with fire-resistant tape. To form a local fire-resistant zone, the pores at both ends after wrapping can be sealed with DR-A3-XDFD-III organic fire-resistant sealant. 3. DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape wrapped wire or communication optical cable; When wrapping cable joints or communication optical cable joints and terminals, self-adhesive flame-retardant tape must also be wrapped around equally adjacent cables or optical cables. 3. DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fire-resistant tape is applied in all industries where wires, cables, or communication optical cables are widely used, especially in high-temperature environments, humid cable trenches, and frequently moving cables or communication optical cables. 4. DT-A3-CE-09 self-adhesive fireproof tape can be used for normal construction at temperatures above 10 ℃. Do not soak it in water during construction or within 48 hours after construction. During the construction process, even if there are serious pollutants such as oil, dust, and asphalt on the outer cover of cables and communication optical cables, the tape can still be constructed smoothly. During construction, it is strictly prohibited to sprinkle water on the contact surface between the tape and the tape.
